When applying for a commercial / agricultural loan, the following information will be required at time of application:

Copy of most recent 2 years tax returns
Copy of driver’s license and social security card
Copy of title / lien release (if applicable)
Completed and signed loan application
Profit and loss statement/balance sheet
2 months bank statements
Proof of insurance
Operating agreement or minutes of organization; stating who can sign
Personal financial statement (personal or business)
Copy of signed Real Estate contract
Legal descriptionCorporate or LLC documentation
Trust papers (if applicable)
All payments must be accompanied by the account number or payment coupon provided.

2 years of taxes
Income verification (one month of pay stubs or personal financial statement if self-employed)
Real Estate contract (if it is a purchase)
One month of bank statements showing deposits and withdrawals
For business and trust there will be other required documents such as articles of organization, etc.
All payments must be accompanied by the account number or payment coupon provided.
